Katie Homes launched in March 2009 and in a short space of time has become a successful, reputable letting agent.

We are situated at 76 Derby Road and our office welcomes clients to drop in at any time during our business hours.

Behind the name is Kate Challinor. After 18 years in the business she was given the opportunity to branch out on her own and Katie Homes began. Her excellent customer service skills and fantastic lettings ability ensure Katie Homes achieves its potential. Kate's ambition is to secure Katie Homes as one of the best agents in Nottingham - something she is definitely on the way to achieving.

Her Lettings Manager, Helen Williams, has taken on Kate's experience and knowledge and developed an excellent relationship with landlords. Helen is a member of ARLA (Association of Residential Letting Agents) and with expertise in Law and Marketing, she has the vital knowledge that a Letting Agent requires. Within the office, the rest of the team ensure that everything runs smoothly and that all areas of the lettings and management process are attended to efficiently.

Our large portfolio of quality properties ensures a high calibre of landlords and tenants. We initially specialised in the Park area but have since expanded to include Beeston, West Bridgford, Southwell, Sherwood and many other popular residential areas.

We are a reliable, efficient company that always delivers results yet combine our professionalism with a friendly and comfortable attitude. Our reputation precedes us at Katie Homes and our feedback is nothing but positive.
