Sam
Director
Graduating from Reading University with a BSc Hons in Land Management, Sam was employed as Regional Lettings & Development Manager for a large portfolio of student and social houses across the Midlands and North East.
Sam moved to Nottingham in 2008, founding Top365 Ltd. Leading a young ambitious team top365 ltd became the first agency in Nottingham to develop and use a total cloud-based system; all contracts and personal information could be uploaded and e-signed from anywhere in the world. Top365 Ltd has grown considerably over the last decade to become one of the largest Student Lettings and Management companies in Nottingham.
In 2010, Top365 ltd purchased, developed, and sold its first HMO property in Lenton. Top365 ltd pioneered the yield-based investment model, developing properties in previously less desirable locations such as Castle Boulevard, Dunkirk, and Beeston.
Over the last 10 years Sam has sourced and developed properties throughout the East Midlands with a total GDV of over 35 million, from residential conversions to 100+ student apartment blocks; with projects completed across the student, professional and commercial sectors. Sam holds Directorships for a number of investment and construction companies based in Nottingham and London.
In 2018, Sam purchased the majority shareholding in Katie Homes Ltd. Through the implementation of new systems and experienced staff, the business now has an identity focused on delivering exceptional service through extensive market knowledge in both professional management and property sales.
Ian
Property Development Manager
Ian started his property career in 2014 and quickly progressed to the role of Development Manager, remodelling a large number of developments and increasing the property and rental values. Ian has been trained in interior design and has a keen eye for style. This enabled him to be instrumental in working with contractors to not only design the stylish and practical interior but also in retaining the period of the property.
Tracy
Office Manager
Tracy has over 11 years’ management experience in the lettings industry, she recently joined the team in March 2020 as Office Manager. Gaining most of her experience at corporate agencies in Nottingham she was keen to move to an independent agency where she could dedicate her valuable knowledge and experience of the local housing market to concentrate on building a good solid reputation for the Katie Homes. A highly driven and positive individual who thrives on delivering excellent customer service and building strong bonds with all our landlords and tenants.
Daniel
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Daniel has over 12 years’ experience in the industry after beginning his property career as an apprentice negotiator for a corporate agency. He has gained a wealth of knowledge and experience within all aspects of the industry and joined our team as a Property Co-ordinator.
Adele
Sales & Lettings Negotiator
Adele is the youngest member of the team, having previously worked in roles within the retail sector; she has over 6 years’ experience in providing excellent customer service and working within a fast-paced environment. Adele prides herself on her enthusiastic attitude to work. She will always try her hardest to bring out the ‘positive vibes’ and keep everyone smiling. She is dedicated and committed to her role as sales & letting and is always eager to learn about different aspects of the property industry.
